The founder of the Canadian company called “PHILO SERVICES IMMIGRATION, INC.” worked for more than 13 years as a diplomatic executive in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Haiti. He had the privilege to interact with diplomats from several countries and International Organizations. He has developed and still maintains strong ties with fellow foreign diplomats from several countries, with the diplomatic staff of the permanent missions, embassies and consulates of Haiti accredited abroad. He carried out diplomatic missions in London, Geneva, Paris, Washington, Manhattan, Mexico City, Santiago (Chile), Martinique, Guadeloupe, Panama and in several cities of the Dominican Republic. His work experience in different organizational environments led him to engage in providing professional services related to immigration and citizenship. Michelange possesses a broad knowledge of the business sector and immigration law. He completed his law studies at the State Faculty of Law of the Haitian University in 1997. He also has a master’s degree in International Public Administration from the Public Administration School of Quebec (ÉNAP), a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) from the University of Quebec in Montreal (UQAM), a Specialized Graduate Diploma (DESS) in Diplomacy and International Professions, a Certificate of Commercial Studies in project management from National School of Administration (ÉNA, France). More recently, he completed the Immigration Practitioners Programs certified by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC/CRCIC) and passed the Entry to Practice Examination (EPE) to become a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC).
