Our scope of work includes all the following but not limited to: - 1. Being designated and licensed as RCIC, a regulated and licensed member in good standing with ICCRC, The Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council in Canada. ICCRC is the national regulatory body designated by the government of Canada to regulate Canadian immigration, citizenship, and international student advising services. “The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act (IRPA) and the Citizenship Act of Canada require anyone providing Canadian immigration or citizenship advice or representation for a fee or other consideration to be a member in good standing of ICCRC.” 2. A CAPIC member, the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants is the national advocacy non-profit group for Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants, founded in 2004 on the pillars of Education, Information, Lobbying, and Recognition. 3. Authorized paid representative to IRCC, Immigration, Refugee & Citizenship Canada the federal department of Government of Canada Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada facilitates the arrival of immigrants, provides protection to refugees, and offers programming to help newcomers settle in Canada. It also: grants citizenship, and issues travel documents (such as passports) to Canadians. 4. A Counsel for immigration appeals to IRB, Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, the largest independent tribunals in Canada. 5. Authorized to represent employers to get government approvals, known as LMIA, Labour Market Impact Assessment for hiring foreign nationals with ESDC, the Employment, and Social Development Department is the fourth-largest department within the Government of Canada after Royal Mount Police, Canada National Defence, and Canada Revenue Agency. 6. Recognized to Counsel immigration detentions cases with CBSA, the Canada Border Security Agency to help Foreign nationals and Permanent residents being in immigration-related detentions. 7. Commissioner of Oaths, A commissioner for taking affidavits, can legally administer an oath, affirmation, or declaration, for example, to a person making an affidavit. Can verify the integrity of documents used in commercial and legal transactions. Can also verify that signatures, marks, and copies of documents are true or genuine, A Commissioner of Oath is being appointed by Government of Ontario: Ministry of the Attorney General. Currently counseling & representing: • Economic Class: PR thru Express Entry, FSW, FST, CEC & PNP. • Business Class: Startup, Self Employed & Investment • Temporary Residence: Visitor, Work and Study permits, Super Visa & PGWP • Family Class: Spousal, Child, Parents & Grand parents, H&C • Immigration Appeals, LMIA processing with ESDC • Commissioning of Oaths, Affidavits, signatures and Documents Our primary roles and responsibilities: • Assessing client’s chances to a suitable option in all facets of immigration to Canada and preparing with the best possible ways towards the most likely conditions of VISA success. • Educating on what to expect and how to deliver for VISA interviews, as and when required. • Preparing in concurrence and support from clients, the immigration applications and paperwork, proofreading to ensure they are accurate, error-free, and as per the required checklists. • Updating clients about their case progression and advising them on the right steps at every stage of the application. • Being responsible to carry out entire dealing and transactions with clients in a very professional, and confidential manner.
