When you need an Immigration advice or to get a protection in the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada, he's who you want in your corner. As the Principle Counsel for Lex Nova, Serge’s practice focuses on a broad range of immigration applications including, temporary residence applications through study permits, visitor visas, temporary resident permits and super visas; permanent residence applications through family class sponsorship, humanitarian and compassionate applications and express entry as well as citizenship applications and criminal rehabilitation applications. Serge speaks English, French, Russian and has some knowledge in Spanish.
