He is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), and therefore authorized to act as Counsel/representative for clients in Canadian Immigration law matters. In addition, he is also a Registered Member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). The Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) certification confirms that Akshay is an authorized representative recognized by the Canadian Federal government organizations including the departments of Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), the Immigration & Refugee Board (IRB), Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA), and Provincial and Territorial Governments. As a professional entrepreneur, Akshay has a wide-ranging set of skills and experiences in law and security enforcement, and human resources management. Over the past two decades, Akshay has developed excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills across Canada and overseas. As an immigrant to Canada, Akshay understands the needs of his clients and is committed to helping them achieve their dreams of living, working, studying or visiting Canada.
