Services

1. Family Class
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

One hour Consultations with Sponsor and Principal applicant or sponsored spouse and reviewing of documents. Skype interview with Principal applicant outside Canada, under Spousal or Conjugal Partner sponsorship. 

After signing Retainer Agreement regular follow-up in completing all relevant applications/forms and providing additional guidance towards providing a thorough and complete package to IRCC.

Regular follow-up, free consultations and completing additional material in compliance of IRCC requirements pending sponsorship.  

2. Appeals
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

In depth Consultations with follow-up email on course of action in the Appeal process. Upon signing Retainer Agreement will interview clients prior to submission of Appeal material and subsequently advising and preparation of Evidence at Appeal hearing.  

Follow-up after the Appeal and advice.

3. Live-in Caregivers
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

Providing advice and strategies towards preparation of LMIA application and the advertising and recruitment requirements.

Advising clients on procedures toward obtaining a positive LMIA from ESDC.

Advice on the preparation in obtaining the necessary Work Permit.

 

4. Canadian Experience Class
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

In consultation will provide advice on Program requirements; scrutinize all documents required for processing of application and provide advice on additional requirements, if any.

If client engages my professional services will advise and assist in creating, completing and submitting a successful Profile and thereafter in completing the Permanent Resident requirements.   

5. Citizenship
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

In consultations will guide client as to the mandatory requirements and request providing of all documents to avoid delays in obtaining a positive response from Citizenship Canada. 

Will provide clients with material in preparing for the written test.

6. Federal Skilled Workers, Federal Skills Trade, Express Entry
EXPERIENCE: 2-5 YEARS

Completing Express Entry Profiles, job bank assistance, links to obtain police clearance certificates, names and addresses of panel physicians, completing and submitting APR. Providing 24/7 communications by email and whatsapp on APR updates.

7. Inadmissibility, Temporary Resident Permits, Authorization to Return (Criminal, Medical etc.)
EXPERIENCE: 0-2 YEARS

Effective and comprehensive representation on all inadmissibility matters. Professional, knowledgeable and punctual representation in detention matters. Efficient handling of Rehabilitation and Authorization to Return cases.
