Before working at Affordable Immigration and Paralegal Support in Hamilton and Toronto, Charlene graduated with Honours from Humber College in the Immigration Consultant and Paralegal program. She is licenced by the Law Society of Ontario (LSO) as well as the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC), proving her ability to understand the laws governing those areas of practice. Charlene has spent many years working in the customer service industry. This experience has fostered the necessary time management, organization and personal skills required to handle a variety of tasks and people. Her commitment to providing excellent service and personal support has been the foundation of her career.
