As the Founder and Managing Director of MJ Immigration Law, Fatme has successfully represented clients from around the world in a wide range of immigration matters, including permanent residence applications, family sponsorships, work permits, study permits, Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), refugee claims, humanitarian and compassionate applications, inadmissibility matters, restoration applications, and complex immigration submissions. Throughout her career, Fatme has developed a reputation for providing strategic, compassionate, and results-driven representation. Her extensive experience includes assisting clients facing difficult immigration challenges, preparing detailed legal submissions, responding to procedural fairness concerns, and guiding families through some of the most important decisions of their lives. Prior to establishing her own practice, Fatme held leadership positions within the non-profit sector, where she managed immigration and settlement programs serving newcomers to Canada. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by immigrants and reinforced her commitment to delivering client-centered services.
