Many employers have difficulty finding skilled workers that meet their requirements and needs. This may be due to lack of workers in country, specialized skills, inability to find the appropriate skills in a limited labour pool or any other reason that prevents them from finding a Canadian or permanent resident for the role. Canadian Experience Class is a program under the Express Entry File Management System that allows for permanent residency. This program is for workers who have worked in a NOC O, A, B, classified role for at least a year and qualifies them them for the program.

You are a Permanent Resident or Canadian citizen and want to bring your family to Canada as permanent residents of Canada. You have been in this relationship - formally (married, common law) - and your partner is in Canada or overseas on and you wish to apply for them to secure residency in Canada.
Our process:
Assess candidates for qualifications into family class program.
Provide guidance and direction for how program can be undertaken.
Recommend and suggest any changes, requirements etc to avoid any issues, misrepresentation or difficulties that might occur.
Deal with IRCC on behalf of the client.
Prepare immigration documents and paperwork required for the family class program.
Follow through with client until Permanent residency is achieved.
These are programs that allow for people who are not admissible to Canada. This may be due to criminality, overstays in the past, illegal or unauthorized work, misrepresentation in previous files, or refused files submitted in the past. There are other issues that may have affected individuals ability to enter Canada and as a result, they require a visa to overcome the difficulty of entering Canada.

Assess issues and determine best method of return to Canada.
Provide guidance and direction as to best approach for re-entry to Canada if possible.
Work with client to facilitate all required paperwork needed for admission.
Prepare submission to address the particular program for which is required to apply to Canada.

Temporary visas include all visas that allow candidates to visit, attend school or work in Canada. This includes but is not limited to working holidays, intra-company transfers, NAFTA, CETA, TPT, GATS agreements; student permits, work permits. This is for temporary stay only and can be method to allow for permanent residency in future

These are all programs that require formal education and training and are classified as skilled. Express Entry is a file management system and both FSW and FST are under the EE umbrella. You must meet language requirements, also educational standards and mandatory work experience as well as financial requirements for you and your family (if applicable).

Permanent resident cards are issued for period of 5 years at a time. After this period, IRCC will issue new PR cards based on whether residency obligations have been met. This is the entrepreneur program where candidate is interested in purchasing or starting a business in the provinces that offer this program. Requirements for the value of the investment vary based on the province and location within that province.
Requirements for the program mean, that a net worth must be met, experience is needed, management skills, along with a list of other mandatory requirements that must be followed.

Review candidate and determine if this is the best program that should be untaken.
Recommend other programs if appropriate.
Determine if candidate meets requirements of the various provincial programs available.
Make recommendations as to what is best fit for candidate and his family as needed.
Assist client in business idea - eg best location, best market, competition, etc.

Prepare business plan if needed.
Accompany client to provincial interview if required.

This is a lengthy and complicated process and fees reflect the amount of work, duration, and guidance that is needed by the client. Fees will vary based on the needs of the client. All expenses incurred by consultant are paid by the client.
There are seven phases to the process and payments are made based on work in progress.
The provincial nominee program and allows for workers to be selected by one of the provinces in Canada. Each province has different guidelines, requirements and needs depending on their industry, economy, or location in the country. In most of the provinces, there is a stream for skilled workers, international student, and business among others.
To find out more about each province, we are able to review your skill set and suggest the different programs that you would qualify for.
This is a 2-step program in that once the candidate is selected by the province, the federal government must also receive the application for permanent residency. The fees reflect the two applications and deals with both governments in the process.

The Humanitarian and Compassion program are for those individuals who have limited alternatives through the other programs for permanent residency. There is a need for the individual to secure permanent residency based on issues of health, medical, family issues, or a number of unique factors that allow for special consideration for the individual to be reviewed by the IRCC.
These are extremely difficult and decisions are made based on a case by case basis. There are no encompassing rules or guidelines that are provided for these cases.

Refugee applications are based on the individuals personal situations as well as country specific issues. This area of consultation is relative new to our firm and we will work with groups or individuals who need help and guidance in refugee situations.
Dealing with SAH, GOF, and individuals are cases that we will deal with and we will gladly provide the guidance and direction that we feel would be the best avenue for the client.
Fees are flexible based on the nature of the individual.
