Fees to the Government are paid by the client
Once the application is complete with the copies of the required documents, the application is couriered to the appropriate address.
Meet with the client to discuss their needs: spousal sponsorship or family sponsorship
Review the requirements with the client
Review the documents provided by the client to ensure the accuracy and eligibility of the sponsorship
Once the sponsorship has been identified, to complete the application and various required forms
Discuss the client needs
Verify eligibility of obtaining/renewing Permanent resident cards
Complete application forms with appropriate documents
Meet with the client if within Canada
If outside Canada, arrange a video call
Determine what kind of visa the client requires and eligible for and provide guidance as to what the requirements are.
Complete the appropriate application
