I am a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with a Master's degree in Immigration and Settlement Studies - Ryerson University, my qualification as well includes a BAs in Political Science - York University, a certificate in Refugee and Migration Studies - York University, a Certificate in Immigration Consultant Program - Humber College, and an Excellence in Educating Adults-Seneca
I am also a professor for a Paralegal Program and in Social Service Worker program at Seneca College, Canada. In the past five years I taught various courses such as Immigration Law, Introduction to Immigration/Refugee Sector, Field Seminar; Laws, Principles, and Ethics, Mental Health & Addiction, Field Practice, Diversity: Awareness and Practice, and Group Dynamics and Theory.
My work experience as well includes over three years of experience working with refugees and immigrants through the MCRI project (Diaspora Project)- York University; two years working as a Project Researcher and one year as a Community Leader.
I have been a member of the Centre for Refugee Studies at York University since 2003.
