I am Arpanjot Kaur Lubana, the founder of Arpanjot Immigration Services, Inc. I aim to provide ethical, professional, and competent immigration services for Canada.
I am also a licensed Foreign Worker Recruiter in Canada. I provide international recruitment options to Canadian employers. I help Canadian employers hire foreign workers and recent graduates to fill labour or skills shortages. They can also support an employee (foreign national) in their journey to permanent residence. I completed my Canadian Immigration Laws, Policies and Procedures certification from the University of British Columbia. After graduating, I passed the Entry-to-Practice exam administered by ICCRC. I started my career as a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) in 2021. I am also a lawyer in India and graduated with a five (5) year degree in Law (B.A.LLB) from the Army Institute of Law (AIL) Mohali in 2011. The immigration Services industry in Southeast Asian countries is predominantly flooded by unregulated and unlicensed agents whose services are only business-centric and not client-centric. We understand that each aspirant carries hopes and dreams about their new life in Canada. Without transparent and trustworthy service, it can leave bitter and sour experiences that stick lifelong. Learning from our personal experiences, we chose this path to assist, educate, and create awareness among Canadian immigration aspirants. We intend to reflect our core values in the services we offer.
