Updates on Express Entry draw #295
Ministerial Instructions have been issued pertaining to the Express Entry system #295, inviting candidates to apply for permanent residence.
In this regard, a round of invitations has been conducted, in which candidates possessing French language proficiency (2024-1) were invited to apply, and a total of 1,400 invitations were issued.
The rank required to be invited to apply was 1,400 or above. The round took place on April 24, 2024 at 14:10:42 UTC, and the lowest-ranked candidate invited had a CRS score of 410.
The tie-breaking rule was applied on April 07, 2024 at 02:06:46 UTC, and in case of multiple candidates scoring the same, the cut-off was based on the date and time of their Express Entry profile submissions. The round of invitations includes invitations to apply to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, and Federal Skilled Trades Program.
