Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) recently held an all-program based Express Entry draw.

The latest ALL-program Express Entry draw was held on September 19th, 2023. This time, 3200 candidates were invited with a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) Score of 531. This is the first draw held in September 2023. The last draw was held on August 15, when 4,300 candidates were invited with a minimum CRS of 496.

This year, until now, IRCC has conducted 15 all-program draws, four PNP draws, three draws targeted at French speakers, two draws targeted at healthcare occupations, one draw each targeted at STEM occupations, skilled trades, and Federal Skilled Worker candidates.
