Assessment of Qualifications

Advice on steps to improve score 

Advice client on best plan or strategy

Provide client with checklist of information and documents needed

Review and analyze documentation to support selected program 

Advice client if additional documentation is needed

Act in the best interest of client within legislation 

Guide client through process of getting medical and security documentation

Complete application forms

Meet with client to discuss progress and additional requirements

Work closely with client to obtain necessary evidence of work, experience as per requirements. 

Prepare detailed cover letter and represent client before IRCC 

Agree to pay all disbursements and service fees on his/her behalf as requested by 

Submit application package 

Update client with his/her immigration and/or citizenship file number

Apprise the client on the progress of his/her application

Intervene in the event of processing issues that may arise.

Counsel client on settlement and social, professional and intercultural integration.

Perform all duties on behalf of client competently and in professional manner

Inform of progress, updates and results of work performed




3. Live-in Caregivers
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 YEARS

Servicing applications in the Live-Caregiver (now closed); Interim Pathway (Extended) and the new two pilot programs effective June 18, 2019: Home Child Care Provider and Home Support Worker

4. Family Class
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 YEARS

Fees depend on the type of sponsorship and includes: Marriages, Children, Adopted children, Parents and Grandparents.   Quote can be individual or a couple. 

Services include an extensive list of tasks at the different stages such initial  interview,  assessment as well as tasks prior to application submission, post application submission

5. Citizenship
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 YEARS

Services include corroboration that all requirements are met prior to submission, advice on missing documentation, eligibility, completion of forms and advice on study materials.  Prices again can be individually made or a reduced price for family group. 


6. Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIA)
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 YEARS

LMIAs are needed where no exemptions are available for a potential worker who is not permanent resident or Canadian citizen. The process is employer driven and we can help with the process.

7. H&C
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 YEARS

Price varies depending on the number of family members and situations that must be dealt with before application submission.

8. Inadmissibility, Temporary Resident Permits, Authorization to Return (Criminal, Medical etc.)
EXPERIENCE: 5-10 YEARS

Depends on the complexity of the case
