He is a Member in good standing of the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC) and holds a Class L3 RCIC-IRB Unrestricted Practice license. Therefore, he is authorized to act as counsel/representative for clients in Canadian Immigration law matters and allowed to represent clients before all four divisions of the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB), including the Immigration Division (ID), Immigration Appeal Division (IAD), Refugee Protection Division (RPD), and Refugee Appeal Division (RAD). In addition, he is also a Commissioner for Taking Affidavits and a registered member of the Canadian Association of Professional Immigration Consultants (CAPIC). As an experienced RCIC-IRB and a professional entrepreneur, he has a wide experience in different Immigration and Professional Executive Management positions. Over the past two decades, he has developed excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills across Canada and overseas. The Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant-Immigration Refugee Board (RCIC-IRB) certification confirms that the consultant is an authorized representative recognized by the Canadian Federal government organizations including the departments of Immigration, Refugee, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC), the Immigration & Refugee Board (IRB), Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA), and Provincial and Territorial Governments.
