Hi, Guruprem,
Where there's a refusal, it's necessary for you to find out the reasoning of the refusal. You cannot get it by reading the refusal letter. Before you have fully understood the reasoning and then prepared adequately to address it in your new application, it is not advisable to re-apply. Please check here to see how to obtain your previous file at IRCC: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/corporate/transparency/access-information-privacy/completed-requests.html
If you need professional assistance, you may check our Member Directory and reach out to an RCIC.
Good luck,
Zhang Hui, RCIC, #R524643
