A refugee is a person who has a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country, with no stated protection. A humanitarian applicant can be inside or outside of Canada and belongs to a category separate from refugees.
reconsideration for H&C inland refusal

my question is about the processing time for reconsideration of refusal on H&C inland PR application. the situation is the inland family sponsorship withdrawal in family class and the couple separated . the application applied H&C inland based on establishment and got refusal. now , the application applied reconsideration. how does it process this kind of application, and the right of PR fee already fund from IRCC. how to do next. and the applicant is still on visitor record, not allow to work. how the applicant to apply the work permit?
