Who can help with software development?

Our product is growing, and we’re starting to see performance bottlenecks in our backend that are beyond what our current team can handle. We keep patching things, but the problems keep coming back because we don’t have engineers with deep Python and architectural expertise. We looked at hiring senior Python developers, but the market is competitive, and we’re not sure we can onboard enough people fast enough. I’ve heard about working with Python development companies — what should we expect if we go that route?

Hey there! We ran into similar growing pains with our backend last year—kept patching things until we realized we needed expert help. What really worked for us was bringing in a specialized team like Surf customer service who could dive deep into our Python architecture and fix the root causes instead of just the symptoms. They helped us refactor the problem areas while we focused on daily development, and honestly just having senior devs take a fresh look at our codebase made a huge difference. Hope you find the right solution for your team!
