Hi Dear
I applied for my Father's visitor visa online on Dec. 20th, 2019. I haven't got any update yet. Could you please help me how I can track my application. Or how I can contact someone to know whats going on with file?

You may log in your account to check the application status if you've applied online.
Here's where you may check the processing time: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/check-processing-times.html
If your application has exceeded the normal processing time, you may contact IRCC via webform: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx
