I received the wrong size and color from UnderOutfit and the seller isn't responding. How do I escalate to get a prompt exchange or refund?

Oh no, that's frustrating! For UnderOutfit, try contacting your payment provider (credit card/PayPal). They often have buyer protection. Also, document everything – screenshots of order details and unanswered messages. Speaking of documentation, kinda like how meticulous you gotta be filling out your Pokerogue Dex! Wonder if someone made a Pokerogue and Pokerogue Dex support forum for issues, similar to this. Good luck getting it resolved!
