Troubleshooting account access and dashboard authorization

Hi everyone! I recently registered a new account, but today I’m having trouble accessing my personal dashboard. Every time I try to sign in, the page reloads without logging me in. Has anyone experienced this authorization glitch, or is there a direct sign-in link that works without issues?

Hi! That usually happens if your browser cache is corrupt or if you're using an outdated bookmark. You can use the direct portal page via Coolzino login to access your account securely. Just clear your cookies first or open it in an incognito window, and your credentials should work instantly.

Create a user account by clicking the "Ask a Question" button, then "Register."
Complete the registration form and review the Terms & Conditions, then click "Register" again.
You will receive an email with a validation link from info@myconsultant.ca. Click on the validation link to complete the registration process.
If you have lost your password, click "Forgot Password?" to submit your email address. A new password will be sent to you by email.
Upon successful login, you may select “Profile” to change your password or update your profile.
Message Posting
Click "Ask a Question" to log in.
To begin a new topic, click "Ask a Question".
To respond to an existing topic, select the topic and click "Reply to this message".
To edit or delete your message, click on "My Posts" to locate your message and use the corresponding Edit and Delete buttons for the message.
To return to the main page of the form, click "Canada Immigration Forum" at the top.
