Sponsor visit to home country while spousal application in process
By: ali on Sep 18, 2023 11:32 PM EST
Dear members, I need your kind attention and guidance.
My wife is Canadian PR, and I'm the PA residing in Pakistan. We filed our online application on 10 May 2023. AOR was received on 12 Jul 2023. Biometric letter & spousal eligibility letter were received on 1 & 2 Sep 2023 respectively. My question is, we miss each other, and it's been a long time since we met. Please advise if my wife can visit me in Pakistan during our application is processed ? It will be just for 4 - 6 weeks, only and possibly in Jan 2024. She will get off from her employer and work from home option as well. We also have some events lined up in Pakistan for jan 2024, so I need her with me.
Please advise 🙏 thanks alot everyone
P.S. Biometric appointment is on 21 Sep 2023
