Service issues with American Leak Detection

Called American Leak Detection to check for water leaks, but after the work was completed, there were issues with payment and additional services that were not agreed upon. Contacted the company but have not yet received a concrete response.

I ordered a water leak test through american leak detection. The specialists quickly performed the diagnosis, the work was done qualitatively. After completion, questions arose about the bill, as additional services appeared that I wanted to clarify. I contacted american leak detection support to sort out the payment details, and also found reviews from other customers who encountered similar situations. I hope the issue will be resolved without any problems.

It sounds frustrating to deal with unexpected charges and a lack of clear communication after the work was done. To resolve this, try escalating the issue through a different communication channel, such as social media, or request to speak with a supervisor.
