Refund Status Stopped Updating Online
By: lleailea on Oct 19, 2026 03:32 AM EST
The Temu refund shows as started in the account, but the status has not changed for several days even though the return was already delivered. The order page still looks normal, so I am mainly trying to understand where the refund is in the process. Has anyone contacted support at this stage, and did they provide a clearer timeline or did the status update on its own soon after? I am mainly trying to understand whether support can see more than the refund page shows.

Delivered returns can still need a little internal processing before the refund appears in the account. Having the order number, return tracking, and delivery confirmation ready makes a support conversation more specific. Customer service can explain whether the package is being reviewed or the refund has moved to the next stage. The account page may show only a general message while the team can see more detail about the return. For that kind of update, help via https://temu.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html gives the customer a practical way to ask what stage the refund has reached and whether anything else is required. A useful reply can also confirm what the customer should expect to see next in the account.
