Query regarding spouse travel
By: jasmine.dhaliwal91@gmail.com on Nov 30, 2021 06:51 PM EST
My husband has closed work permit visa till Feb 2023 and I have multiple entry visa and the date on my passport is also Feb 2023 (stamp date by immigration officer) so does it mean that I can stay till Feb-23 continously because Immigration officer told us that I can stay till my visa but can't work unless authorized. Or do I need to go back after 6 months (as per visitor visa rules)?? And if I go back to my origin country and on re-entry will they allow me to stay for only 6 months or till my visa (which is till Feb-23)?
