I believe you should seek expert assistance rather than looking for answers in forums, or you might visit DYgreencard Inc's website, as they also provide immigration services in the United States. I hope this helps.

Canada has a point system for selecting immigrants for permanent residence. There are several categories with different point systems. It depends on your age, education, language skills, employment status and work experience. Usually, people from countries which have a high economic immigration flow, like USA and UK, fall into the economic category. People coming from countries with low immigration flow usually fall into the family sponsorship category. A person usually needs 67 to 75 points to be eligible to immigrate to Canada. Please share the visa letter with us so that we can give you more details. Canada is one of the most popular destinations for Indians. By law, you can apply to immigrate to Canada if you have a spouse or common-law partner who is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident (someone who has a permanent resident card, also known as a PR Card). You can also apply if you have a close relative in Canada who is willing to support you financially or give you a guarantee of support. You can also apply if you are the principal applicant for a family class visa and at least one of your children is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. In all cases, your relative (spouse, common-law partner, parent, grandparent, etc.) must be willing to support you or give you a guarantee of support before you can immigrate to Canada. You can also apply to immigrate to Canada if you have a job offer through one of the government programs. And also pass the medical exams conducted by the panel physicians. In general, there is a limit to the number of people who can immigrate to Canada each year, and these programs are often oversubscribed.
