I still see people talking about the old GTX 1000 series cards. Are they really still good for gaming in 2025 or just too outdated compared to RTX?

The Nvidia GeForce GTX 1000 series can still handle esports titles and lighter games, but for modern AAA at higher settings in 2025 they’re starting to show their age compared to newer RTX cards.
