As pofessional i m Banker working in human resource deptartment since starting of 2015. Reason of your guidence is to know about work in canada. How can i get work permit for canada in my specific field(Human Resource). In addition i am on edge of MBA accompletion. Your briefly respond is requested. Thanks

You asked two questions: 1) how to find a job in line with your profession, i.e. human resources; and 2) how to apply for a work permit.
For the first question, you need to understand the Canadian labour market first, thus to access the relevant job-search website would be a good start point, e.g. Job Bank: https://www.jobbank.gc.ca/findajob.
For the second question, please access the website of the Department, IRCC that is responsible for work permit assessment and issuance: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada.html.
