My water purification system is not working properly

After installing the RainSoft system, the water really became softer, but recently I noticed that the pressure in the tap sometimes drops. The service department replied that this could be due to the cleaning cycle settings, but this has never happened before. The device itself works quietly, I'm just not sure if everything is functioning properly. I would like to understand if this is a normal process or if it is better to have it checked?
