Meal Request Missing From Booking

A special meal was added earlier for an upcoming United flight, but it no longer appears where I expected in the trip details. The seat and flight schedule are unchanged, so I only need to confirm whether the request is still attached to the reservation. The booking reference, flight number, and original meal selection seem more relevant here than retelling the whole trip. I’d also include when the request was first added in case timing matters.

Meal requests are one of those small travel details I prefer to confirm early because they sit inside the reservation but are easy to overlook later. I’d keep the booking reference, flight number, selected meal, and the date the request was added in one note. The seat and schedule can stay separate because they have not changed. Once those basics are ready, I turn to United Airlines customer service number with one simple question about whether the meal is still attached to the booking. That keeps the conversation tied to the actual travel preference rather than the entire itinerary.

Meals are easy to forget inside a larger reservation, so confirming the request separately seems smart. Booking reference, flight number, selected option, and the date it was added should be enough to check whether it is still attached without mixing in seats or schedule changes.
