Ordered a washer-dryer combo from Lowe’s, expecting a smooth delivery. The scheduled date came and went—no call, no show. I reached out to their customer service, but navigating their system was a maze. Automated responses, long hold times, and no clear answers. I even tried emailing, but days passed without a reply. It's frustrating when a major retailer can't handle basic logistics. Has anyone else faced similar issues with Lowe’s deliveries? How did you manage to get a resolution?
