LMIA for job offer points in EE
By: Mia84 on Sep 13, 2019 10:15 AM EST
I was wondering if having a job offer based on positive LMIA under high wage position stream can give points of job offer in EE or the LMIA should be PR support stream??

Hi, like immigration has various programs, ESDC sets out different LMIA streams, and the PR support stream is use by ESDC to assess whether an LMIA application meets the requirements for the stream. A valid job offer is defined by IRCC to decide whether a candidate can be awarded 50 or 200 (for NOC 00), so no need to worry about the ESDC stream.
