Picked up a pair of jeans from Kohl’s online, but when they arrived, the fit was way off. Tried to return them in-store, but the associate said they couldn't process the return because it was an online-exclusive item. I was directed to call customer service, which led to long hold times and no clear answers. It's frustrating when the return process isn't straightforward. Has anyone else faced challenges with Kohl's return policy? How did you manage to get your refund?
