A refugee is a person who has a well-founded fear of persecution in their home country, with no stated protection. A humanitarian applicant can be inside or outside of Canada and belongs to a category separate from refugees.

Okay so my friend was living in Canada she was a conventional refugee, but her dad got deported her mom and brothers were fine to stay but her mom didn’t want to live in Canada without her dad so they moved back to Czech, she’s now an adult and she wants to move back to Canada, is it possible for her to return to Canada? Or would she get denied at the airport,
