ID.me account verification delay resolved?

Completed ID.me’s identity verification process with valid documents, but my account still shows “verification pending” several days later. I submitted feedback through their support portal, yet no update has arrived and the status hasn’t changed. Has anyone experienced this hold-up and eventually had verification completed? I’d appreciate knowing which specific prompt finally triggered their verification team.

Saw that status hang for five days without movement, so I turned toward idme reviews looking for real patterns. What stood out was a few people saying that including all personal identifiers upfront—like user ID, submission date, and the exact doc types—got their cases flagged for quicker review.
