How to feed your pet on schedule

By: greqor on Feb 20, 2025 08:11 AM EST
Lately I've been thinking about how to make feeding my cat more organized. Sometimes I'm late at work or away for a day or two, and then I have to ask someone to feed him. I've heard that there are devices that can automatically dispense food on a schedule. Has anyone used one of these?

I had the same problem, because the schedule is not always predictable, and leaving the cat without food or asking someone to feed it every time was not an option. I decided to try the WOPET automatic pet feeder, and it really made life easier. I set a feeding schedule, and now I don't worry that the cat will stay hungry if I'm late at work.

If this helped you, then it's probably worth a try. It's really convenient, especially when you don't always have the opportunity to ask someone for help.

Keeping my dog on a feeding schedule felt impossible—either I was late, or he’d act like he was starving even though he just ate. Decided to try fresh food to see if it would keep him satisfied longer. Ordered from The Farmer’s Dog, but had a mix-up with my delivery. Had to sort it out with the farmers dog customer service. Took a bit, but they fixed it, and now my pup is actually excited for mealtime instead of begging all day.
