How reliable is Guardian Fall Protection customer service?
By: lleailea on Feb 18, 2025 03:04 PM EST
I’m looking at getting some new safety gear, and Guardian Fall Protection came up as a solid option. When it comes to fall protection, reliability is everything, so I want to make sure their customer service is helpful if there’s an issue. Has anyone dealt with them for warranty claims, replacement parts, or general product questions? Do they handle concerns quickly, or is it a hassle?

I have used their harnesses and lanyards for work and overall the quality has been solid. I had to contact guardian fall protection customer service for a replacement part and they were pretty easy to deal with. It took a few follow up calls to get the information I needed but they did get back to me. If you buy their gear it is a good idea to check the warranty terms beforehand so you know what is covered. Their products hold up well but like any safety equipment regular checks are key to making sure everything stays in good condition.
