My name is Victoria Asenime from Nigeria. My mother just got her PR in Canada this year she has been residing in Canada for 5 years now. My sister did parents sponsorship for her and my dad, though my dad hasn't landed in Canada yet. My question is can my mother sponsor her five children with their families to Canada? Thank you for your prompt response
