How reliable is Tesla’s customer service for resolving issues, especially for things like repairs or updates?

After a long drive, I noticed my Tesla app wasn’t syncing with my car’s updates. Annoying, right? I went straight to https://tesla.pissedconsumer.com/customer-service.html to find contact details. The support agent actually guided me through a reset process over the phone, and it worked like a charm. I didn’t have to visit a service center, which was a relief because those are always booked solid.
