Does H2O Wireless resolve billing issues quickly?

Has anyone successfully resolved a billing problem with H2O Wireless, and how efficient was their customer support?

When I had an issue with my bill, contact h2o wireless felt like the best move. Their customer support team responded within a day, but it took a bit of back-and-forth to get everything straightened out. They were polite, and while the process wasn’t lightning-fast, they did fix the error. If you have a billing issue, patience is key, but they’ll get it done.
