I'm not sure what, exactly you are looking for. Approvals of applications to study in Canada are based on eligibility of the applicant. Your best bet is to contact an RCIC and book a consultation to determine if you are eligible and/or what you need to provide to be eligible.

Forgoing to Canada you must need IELTS for further process, only an IELTS passed candidate could even go for a foreign country like Canada, USA etc and the IELTS score you must need is 6, if you have a point in the examination is 6 then you are qualified for IELTS exam.
