I'm a student of bachelor of fisheries science and I want to pursue master degree master in fisheries science from Canada which universities and colleges are best for that ???

First, you may check it here to find your ideal program: https://www.universitystudy.ca/plan-for-university/
Second, check it here to see whether the program can accept international students: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/study-canada/study-permit/prepare/designated-learning-institutions-list.html
Next, if positive, you may apply to it accordingly. If negative, you need to find one that can entertain international students.
