Has anyone ever tried reaching out to DRMTLGY for help with a product? I’m wondering if they’re quick to respond or if it’s a hassle to get anything sorted.

So, my moisturizer arrived, and it looked like it had been through a warzone. I wasn’t sure what to expect but gave drmtlgy customer support a shot. Gotta say, they were chill about it. They didn’t give me the runaround and offered to send a replacement right away. Just keep your order number handy, though—it makes things smoother.
