Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) held its 14th all-program draw this year.

On August 15th, 2023, IRCC conducted its latest draw in which 4,300 candidates received invitations to apply (ITAs) with a minimum required Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 496. This was an all-program draw, which means ITAs to the Federal Skilled Worker Program, Canadian Experience Class, Federal Skilled Trades Program and Provincial Nominee Program were issued through this round of invitations.

IRCC held its previous all-program Express Entry draw on August 1st, inviting 2,000 candidates. Candidates with a minimum CRS score of 517 were invited in the draw. The latest draw had double the number of invites and a significantly lower CRS score by 21 points.
