New: DLI Letter of acceptance in Study Permit Applications

As of February 18, 2022, study permit applications that were received on or after June 1, 2014 must have a letter of acceptance from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI).

A Designated Learning Institution is a post-secondary institution that has been designated by the province wherein it exists to accept international students. The links and lists that provide information on how to identify a DLI have also been updated, as well as the following changes to the PDI: DLI number, and loss of designation.
