Canada launches a public survey to improve its immigration system.

Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) invites the public to share their thoughts and advice for the future of Canadian immigration.

The Government of Canada has recently launched an initiative called “An Immigration System for Canada’s Future”. This initiative includes an online survey through which the government provides Canadians and other stakeholders with the opportunity to share their ideas and perspectives on how Canada can build a stronger and more adaptive immigration system.

IRCC has made this online survey available to the public from March 27 to April 27, 2023. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Responses to the survey are anonymous and will not have any impact on the result of any immigration applications.

Immigration Minister, Sean Fraser says “Consulting clients, stakeholders, and those with expertise in immigration in Canada is our opportunity to get your feedback on how best to support and strengthen our communities, from coast to coast to coast. I encourage all Canadians to take the time to share their ideas and perspectives and help us shape an immigration system that will contribute to Canada’s success for generations to come.”
